Full time employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for ALL benefits. Part time employees are eligible for Basicare Telemed. Newly hired employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
Once benefit elections are made, you cannot change those elections until the next plan year's Open Enrollment period...unless you or your family member have a qualifying life event.
